PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
- All outstanding monies to be paid two weeks before arrival date.
- In the event of the booking being less than two weeks away, a 100% deposit is required.
- In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
- In the event of your cancellation you will unfortunately forfeit your 50% deposit or 100% of your deposit, depending on the cancellation.
- Cancellation fee of 10% of total rental amount if cancelled 6 weeks prior to occupation.
- Cancellation fee of 50% of total rental amount if cancelled 4-5 weeks prior to occupation.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to occupation.
- No reductions or refunds will be entertained.
- DSTV Premium is included.
- Bed linen is provided.
- Note that we do not supply towels or toiletries.
- Serviced daily, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. (For cleaning enquiries call Michelle 0828003126)
